Terms of service
The final text of this document is supplied by CSpace 360’s legal team before launch, together with the company legal name, commercial registration, address, and data-processing information.
01Scope of the service
CSpace 360 supports cybersecurity management, assessment, monitoring, and remediation workflows. Results depend on configuration, scope, connected data sources, installed agents, and customer authorization.
02Authorization for scanning and agents
Website scans, network discovery, network security scans, and endpoint telemetry may only be run against systems the customer owns or is authorized to assess. The customer is responsible for that authorization.
03No guarantee of prevention
CSpace 360 does not guarantee prevention of every cyberattack and does not replace independent professional judgment, penetration testing, legal advice, or certification audits.
04Frameworks and certification
CSpace 360 helps organizations assess, organize, and monitor alignment with selected frameworks. Certification and regulatory acceptance depend on the relevant authority, auditor, assessor, scope, evidence, and organizational implementation.
05AI-assisted output
AI-assisted recommendations are provided to support qualified professionals. Customers should review recommendations and validate changes before applying them to production environments.
06Capability status
Capabilities labeled “in development” or “planned” are not production commitments. Availability for a given release and package is confirmed during configuration.
07Subscriptions, packages, and billing
Package pricing, billing cycles, limits, invoicing, and payment terms as agreed with the vendor or organization operating the account.
08Governing law and contact
Governing law, dispute resolution, and the contact details for notices are confirmed by CSpace 360 before launch.
